Happy New Year! As we're a bit into 2026, I wanted to send a friendly reminder about those New Year's resolutions you might have set.
It's easy for the initial excitement to fade as everyday life takes over. Don't worry if you've stumbled a bit – that's completely normal! The important thing is to re-engage with your goals and keep moving forward.
Here are a few tips to help you recommit and make progress:
